Pedro Pablo Pérez Velasco

I am a PhD Candidate at ETH Zurich, expected to graduate this academic year. 

I am on the 2026–27 academic job market. 

My research lives in microeconomic theory and political economy. I use game-theoretic models to study how the structure of preferences determines bargaining power in negotiations, and electoral outcomes under mass polarization.

In 2025–2026, I visited Universidad Carlos III (hosted by Antoine Loeper) and University of Chicago, Harris School (hosted by Álvaro Delgado-Vega).
